Our annual meeting in the heart of Cologne University was full of movement. Within a year, we reached all the milestones and reached out to the Earth system science community.
The KI:STE research tackles interesting research questions using state-of-the-art AI methods. The AI platform exists in the form of a prototype and is already leading to close technical exchange between the project members. We are looking forward to the KI:STE summer school in 2022 and the first learning nuggets on our Eath-AI e-learning platform.
We have also decided to meet for a workshop on our interdisciplinary science in the coming months.
